Our Marinara Original – known as the “the gravy” is an original Italian recipe that dates back to Salerno, Italy during WWII.  Read about how our family got the recipe here.   The Marinara Original – “the gravy” – is truly small-batch, each jar is numbered – we are a small business.  We use the freshest ingredients available when we make the sauce.
